나무 캐기

몸은 맑아지는 일에 쓰인다 단순하면서 반복되는 몸의 동작 속에 푸른 바람이 깊은 샘을 퍼올리는 섭생이 담겼다
바람은 나뭇잎 위로하며 편안하게 쏟아지고 몸 가득 파장을 일으켜 바르르 떨게 하고 손과 발은 저항 없이 몸의 파도에 쓸려 제 각각의 숨을 쉰다
그에게 쏟아지는 땀이 인자함 가득 채운 별들을 깨우고 별빛에 쏘인 간단명료하고 희열이던 몸이 우주에서 하나의 별이 된다
기척도 없이 젖어들어 대지를 끓게 하는 달아오름 너와 내가 서로 만나 발그레해지는 몸으로 나무를 캐서 옮겨 심는 일에는 깨달음이라는 별천지가 있다
환하게 피어오르는 얼굴의 미소가 세월 넘나들며 이룬 따스하여 그윽해진 웃음이 자비와 살아있음의 슬픔 넘어선 측은지심의 눈빛 같은 것들이
거기까지 닿지 않더라도 순간 일체의 잡스러운 생각이 보이지 않는다는 것인데 밭일이 쉬고 비우며 내려놓는 화두를 말통으로 마시고 있는 게 분명했다

The body is used for purifying tasks, embodying sustenance in the simple and repetitive movements of the body, as the blue wind draws from a deep well.
The wind pours comfortably over the leaves, creating waves throughout the body, making it tremble, while the hands and feet, without resistance, are swept along by the body's waves, each breathing on its own.
The sweat pouring from him awakens stars filled with benevolence, and the body, simple and ecstatic under the starlight, becomes a single star in the universe.
Without a sound, the moistening heat stirs the earth, and in the act of meeting each other, blushing, and transplanting trees, there lies an otherworldly enlightenment.
The radiant smile blooming on the face, achieved through the passage of time, becomes a warm and profound laughter, akin to a compassionate gaze that transcends the sorrow of being alive.
Even if it doesn't reach that far, it is about the moment when all trivial thoughts disappear, clearly showing that farming work involves resting, emptying, and drinking the koan of letting go in full measure.

나무를 굴취하면서 몸의 단순한 움직임을 읽는다. 반복되는 동작에서 푸른 바람이 깊은 샘물을 퍼올리듯 생명력이 솟는다. 몸짓에서 자연과 하나 되는 섭생의 순간이다.

바람은 나뭇잎을 어루만지며 내려앉는다. 몸은 파도처럼 일렁인다. 저항 없이 손과 발이 각자의 리듬으로 숨쉰다. 쏟아지는 땀방울은 밤하늘의 별처럼 반짝인다. 노동하는 육신이 우주의 한 별이 된다.

대지를 적시는 움직임은 조용하지만 강렬하다. 나무를 캐서 옮겨 심는 일상적 행위에서도 깨닫는 순간이 온다. 환한 미소로 세월이 빚어낸 따스함을 담는다. 눈빛에는 자비와 측은지심이 깃든다. 밭일을 하며 모든 잡념이 사라진다. 비우고 내려놓는 다. 노동은 화두가 되어 마음을 맑게 한다. 육체의 수고로움이 정신의 평온함으로 이어진다.

While digging up the tree, the simple movements of the body are read. From the repetitive actions, vitality springs forth as if green wind draws deep spring water. Without resistance, hands and feet breathe in their own rhythm. The pouring sweat sparkles like stars in the night sky. The laboring body becomes a star in the universe. The movements that soak the earth are quiet yet intense. Even in the routine act of digging up and replanting trees, moments of realization come. A bright smile carries the warmth crafted by time. Compassion and empathy are reflected in the eyes. While working in the field, all distractions disappear. One empties and lets go. Labor becomes a meditation that clears the mind. The toil of the body leads to the tranquility of the spirit.
