각개의 사연

   미명이 걷히고

 

   어두운 입산 순간에 하산자를 둘이나 봉면하면서 나보다 이른 각개의 사연은 뭘까를 풀어놓는다.

 

   오르막에서 벗었던 외투 능선에서 되입는다.

 

   울창하여 꽉 조이며 제 품이던 오솔길은 낙엽 이후 확장되어 숲마다 꼬마길 드러나고 호수로 이어져 물기는 눈발에 버무려진 채 한기로 으스스하다.

 

   시린 손 품 안으로 꽂아 가슴에 비벼대다 망극하여 놀라고 바지 주머니에 여러 번 칼손으로 디민다. 바야흐로 장갑으로 거듭 사유할지라.

   As dawn clears

 

   In the dark moment of entering the mountain, encountering two people descending, I ponder what their individual stories might be, having started earlier than me.

 

   The coat taken off on the uphill slope is put back on at the ridge.

 

   The dense trail that was tightly embracing like its own bosom has expanded after fallen leaves, revealing small paths in every forest, leading to the lake where moisture mingles with snowflakes, creating an eerie chill.

 

   Putting cold hands inside, rubbing against the chest in desperation and surprise, repeatedly pressing with knife-like hands into pants pockets. Now it's time to contemplate wearing gloves again.

어두운 입산의 순간, 미명이 걷히고 숲의 고요가 나를 감싼다. 두 명의 하산자를 만난다. 그들이 남긴 각개의 사연은 무엇일까? 궁금이 피어오른다. 신성한 원림에서의 경외심을 담는다. 오르막에서 벗었던 외투를 능선에서 다시 입는다. 자연의 품에 안긴다.

울창한 숲은 나를 꽉 조인다. 제 품이던 오솔길은 낙엽으로 덮여 확장된다. 이곳에서 새싹이 움틀 것이다. 숲마다 드러나는 꼬마길은 호수로 이어진다.물기는 눈발에 버무려져 한기로 으스스하다. 신비로움은 존재의 미약함으로 다가선다.

시린 손을 품 안으로 꽂아 가슴에 비벼댄다. 찬 기운에 놀란다. 바지 주머니를 여러 번 칼손으로 디민다. 바야흐로 장갑으로 거듭 사유할 때가 왔다. 영혼이 움트면서 꿈틀대는 생명력을 감지한다. 원시의 생명력이다. 

In the dark moment of entering the mountain, dawn clears and the forest's silence embraces me. I meet two descending hikers. What stories did they leave behind? Curiosity blooms. I capture the reverence in this sacred grove. I put back on the coat I took off during the ascent when I reach the ridge. I am embraced by nature's bosom.

The dense forest grips me tightly. The trail that was its embrace expands, covered in fallen leaves. New sprouts will emerge here. The small paths revealed in each forest lead to the lake. The moisture mixed with snowflakes creates an eerie chill. Mystery approaches through the frailty of existence.

I thrust my cold hands into my chest and rub them for warmth. Startled by the cold air. I repeatedly press my frozen hands into my pants pockets. The time has come to contemplate again with gloves. I sense the life force stirring as the soul sprouts. It is primitive vitality.
